Dog Blogger
As many of you know, among my passion for Living Large, I also have a passion for pets and pet rescues.
Please check me out at my new blogging gig over at K9 Cuisine.
In addition to my blogging about dog and cat rescues and shelters and the people who adopt and the pets that have been saved, there are blogs on general pet tips, tips for people with kids and pets, training, health, and nutrition. All of them penned by great writers and animal lovers!
Please bookmark my site there and join me every Friday with new tails of rescue!
Don’t worry, I’ll still be here at least every Monday, Wednesday and Friday!
Congrats on the new gig. It’s such an exciting adventure for all of us. I hope it lasts and lasts.
Me too, Roxanne! I’m so happy to be doing it!
Thank you for all you do for our furry friends. 12 years ago we had this little pup run into our yard and right up to my young son. My son (7ys old at the time) asked if we could keep him. He said he would cut the lawn for a month just to have him. I am a HUGE pet lover and so I said yes. Well, it turned out he was the best thing that ever happened to our family. Buddy wasn’t just a bog. He was a part of us.
Buddy passed away 2 yrs ago at the age of 10 because of arthritis in his lower back. He could no longer stand. That was one of the hardest things in our life. The only thing that was just as hard was putting our other dog down when Buddy was a pup.
We will always have Buddy in our hearts. Especially my husband and son.
Who ever just dropped Buddy off had no idea what they where giving up. It makes me sooo sad to hear of people not giving there new pet a chance.
We have sense gotten 2 little Chihuahua sisters. No matter the pain of losing them, our family will always have fuzzy members.
What a great story of Buddy, Fran! I look at mine everyday and wonder how in the world these people could have given such great, loving animals up.
To our furry friends! 🙂
How great that I can check out you AND Roxanne Hawn on the same site!
You’re right, Roxanne is a great bonus. She’s my animal writer hero!
Thanks, Alexandra, I appreciate you spreading the word – as does the other writers on that blog!
Congrats on the new gig! I will tell my dog-lover friends.
